Preparation for Your Session

This session is a sacred invitation to honour your body, heart, and spirit. To help you receive the most from our time together, I encourage you to prepare in a way that feels grounding and intentional: - Create a calm and quiet space where you feel safe and undisturbed. This could be a cozy corner of your home, or any space that makes you feel nurtured and connected to your body. - Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely and feel at ease. Soft fabrics and layers work well, so you can stay warm and relaxed throughout. - Bring a journal to jot down any thoughts or emotions that may arise before, during, or after our session. This is your sacred space to reflect and process. - Have water or an herbal tea ready to stay hydrated and support your body during the session. You may want to sip slowly as we work with breath and movement. - Set an intention or prayer for the session this could be a word, a feeling, or a prayer for healing that speaks to you. Hold this intention in your heart as we co-create our time together. - Allow time for stillness afterward after our session, take a moment to rest, integrate, and reflect. You might like to go for a walk, rest with your journal, or simply sit in stillness. Come as you are there’s no need to prepare in any special way, simply open yourself to the experience and trust that you will receive exactly what you need.
